Bake for Good
We are a small group of volunteers who show kindness in the form of baking
What we do
For those having a tough time, a little slice of home baking can help bring a smile to their day.
Our volunteers give their time by baking sweet treats which we deliver to those who need it: children and families in hospital; those using shelters and soup kitchens; residents in hospice and their loved ones.

Volunteering should never be a chore, and we understand that it can sometimes be difficult to make the time.
As a Bake for Good volunteer, you can bake whichever weekends suit you (and if you don't end up baking, no sweat!)
When you see the email in your inbox, and you're free to bake over the weekend, simply bring your baking to the drop off point on Monday morning!

Testimonials
Bake for Good volunteers provide baked goods to the palliative care patients of St. Joseph’s Day Hospice. The cakes, squares, and other goodies are extremely well presented and always very tasty! Our patients are very grateful for the skills and generosity of your dedicated volunteers.

Our clients at The Manna Centre (a day centre for homeless people and those in need) are always delighted to receive cakes and cookies from Bake for Good. They virtually never have home-made food and the fact that it is baked with them in mind makes it particularly special.
